Far Away is a free adventure game from an indie developer who goes by the name Level. It's a dark and atmospheric horror title that features a unique grainy film aesthetic. It tells the story of a girl on her way home from work who experiences strange and creepy events.

On the ride home

Far Away tells the story of 19-year-old Mia on her way back from a meeting. She stops at a gas station along the way for food and to refuel. She interacts with the store attendant a little and resumes her drive shortly after. She arrives and gets ready for bed.

However, she suddenly awakens to a knock at the door in the middle of the night. Confused as to who it could be, the strange and creepy events have only just begun. Unfortunately, this game is short—and depending on how you play—a whole playthrough runs about half an hour.
